This easy 7 step guide is provided so that you can know what to expect throughout each stage of your new kitchen.
Quoting Step Guide
Step 1
At the first appointment, a Black Duck Kitchens design consultant will discuss materials, looks, styles and design layout and configuration ideas with you in order to gain an understanding of your goals and desires for your new kitchen or vanity.
Step 2
If the plans/drawings already exist for your kitchen, these will need to be provided to your consultant.
If you do not have plans preliminary on site measurements will be taken by your Black Duck Kitchens design consultant.
Step 3
Your Black Duck Kitchens Design consultant will design your kitchen and produce 3d drawings, and a quote will be created and sent you.
Step 4
Meet with your Black Duck design consultant to view your 3D design plans and discuss any changes you would like to make.
Feedback provided and redesign and quote if necessary will be provided.
Step 5
Quote acceptance. Deposit will need to be paid to secure your place in the installation queue.
Step 6
Colours are selected at this time. You must also provide specifications for your selected appliances (fridge, microwave, oven, cooktop, rangehood and dishwasher). You will need to sign off on the final drawings and colour selection sheets.
Step 7
Site check before the manufacturing begins.
Manufacturing Process Guide
Day 1
Removal of your old kitchen. Delivery of the new kitchen.
Day 2
Installation of the new kitchen.
Day 3
Other trades to finish kitchen ie electrician, plumber, tiler.
Glass splashback is ordered after kitchen installation.
